I’ve decided to go on my low carb/high protein kick again! It just makes me feel so much better… more energy, healthier, and not to mention it’s great for losing weight! I’m not really going on a diet diet… it’s more like just trying to be healthier so I can keep up with my now walking (almost running) little boy. And I’ve just started this “kick in the booty” now. Right now. With lunch!
So what does one do when they decided on a whim to change their eating habits? Raid the freezer! And there I found the perfect lunch… a bag of frozen veggie mix. One cup of cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots. Perfect! Add just a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and voila! Only 5 carbs!!
Now to start thinking about dinner….
Sounds very healthy! And even though I don't like cauliflower much, I do love me some broccoli and carrot!
